Fitness Motivation for Lazy Bees!

Well I am not a fitness expert in any means, That’s the main reason I wanted to share my experience and inspiration with you all! I am a big foodie as well! So I totally can get how many people are just like me who wants to eat everything they want yet still want to be fit! We are on the same journey my love! Let’s progress all together! If you are far away from your goal, at least start somewhere! But not tomorrow, Today!!!

This is Called Halasana (Plow Pose). I used to do it even before knowing the name. I am an intuitive person. I gravitate towards the things by my intuition. I usually like to do what I love. This Asana intrigued me for some reason. I kept doing it again and again and eventually knew how much benefits it has.
I always felt like it helped me reducing my stress which I catch so easily and get fatigued after working for a while! It helps me calming my brain cuz I always say that my brain works 25/7, just kidding! It also helps some people who has thyroid problems!

on that serious note, Yoga is fun! Don’t get caught up with how much beneficial it is for our health. Just play with it! You’ll start loving it. And that’s all matter! Loving what you do!
